The JC-X550 Handheld XRF Ore Exploration Analyzer is a portable, non-destructive elemental testing device from Laizhou Jincheng Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., designed for fieldwork in geological exploration and mining development. It enables direct multi-element identification and quantitative analysis of ores, slag, and core samples without complex sample preparation, delivering real-time compositional data to support timely site evaluation and preliminary grade screening.

Dedicated Mining Analysis Mode

Preloaded with mining-optimized software, the JC-X550 directly analyzes over 30 common ore-forming and associated elements, including Mg, Al, Si, K, Ca, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, Ag, Sn, W, Au, Pb, and U, covering most metallic and non-metallic mineral exploration needs.

For ores with specific geological characteristics or special matrices, custom calibration curves can be built via the bundled Profile Builder software to improve analysis accuracy for target minerals.

High-Performance Detection Core

It features a 50kV, 5W Rh-target micro X-ray tube paired with an ultra-large area high-sensitivity silicon drift detector (SDD), delivering a nominal resolution of 140eV FWHM at 5.95keV Mn Kα to accurately identify low-concentration element signals for low-grade ore screening.

A Peltier thermostatic cooling system stabilizes the detector at approximately -20°C, reducing the impact of field temperature fluctuations on test results and ensuring consistent performance across environments.

Field-Ready Structure & Battery Life

Weighing only 1.27kg with battery and featuring an ergonomic handle, it reduces fatigue during long hours of field operation. Its IP54-rated housing resists dust and light rain, with an operating temperature range from -20°C to 55°C.

The standard package includes two 14.4V rechargeable Li-ion batteries, each supporting over 8 hours of continuous work; hot-swappable battery replacement takes less than 60 seconds without interrupting testing.
